This dialog displays short tips on how to make the most efficient use of
GPS. You can click on the Previous and Next buttons to access
all tips, and close the dialog by either clicking on the Close button
or pressing the ESC key.
You can also disable this dialog by unchecking the Display Tip of the
Day on startup check box. If you would like to reenable this dialog, you
can go to the Edit->Preferences dialog.
